We went back to Jun 30, 2026. Of the 300 members the model ranked at the top, 67 left in the next 60 days; of the 300 whose plan ended soonest —who the front desk calls today—, 19: 3.5 times as many with the same calls. Calling the longest absent first, 42.

What this test doesn't prove. Finding who is going to leave isn't the same as keeping them: a timely call helps some and not others. Whether working the list keeps members is measured separately: with real data, part of the list isn't called, at random, and the difference between the two groups is what the list adds.

Entered the highest-risk group this week: they weren't in it on Sep 23, 2026. 87 not yet called across the network.
